Blessed with an abundance of blue chip art, antique furniture and a stately suburban property, the client sought a home that felt homely and sophisticated. A considerable amount of time was spent sifting through the client’s unique collection (with some magical finds - including a royal blue vintage Chinese rug hidden away in the attic!), to create a concept that overlaid existing treasures with updated lighting and fresh new pieces.

Rare collectibles were restored, tired wooden furniture painted and tired upholstery reinvigorated with statement fabrics. The result is a home that presents a fusion of old world charm, premium objet de art and contemporary style.
